To have the best quality practically everything is produced internally: pasta, bread, sauces, pastry, ice cream. Lately we have also started the production of Italian cheeses. What is not produced by us is meticulously chosen and is the result of direct agreements with producers, under our brand — eg. coffee, water, and olive oil.

Bull Market is the result of a deep study to break away from the common image of the traditional steakhouses.

The concept revolves around the Charcoal and Parilla ovens on which we prepare most of our dishes. Well notable from the entrance they become the protagonists of the entire location.
A light and pleasant charcoal aroma pervade the room, increasing the atmosphere of conviviality and warmness.

The menu was conceived with the intention of giving emotion to our customers.
The pasta is homemade, the meat and vegetables are only organic, selected by the best local farmers. Cheeses and cured meats from the best Italian producers. As well as the choice of Chianina Toscana and Fassona Piemontese steaks that come from historic Italian butchers.
Particular attention has been paid to pizza. The dough, consisting of a mixture of three different flours, is leavened for 72 hours and baked in the latest generation wood oven. The result is a delicious and, very important, highly digestible product.
