The Pitti pastry shop was born 16 years ago in a village at the foot of the valleys of the Italian Alps and immediately the artisan vocation of Paolo Pitti is linked to the territory, with the rediscovery of ancient local recipes.

The concept is based on the experience and skills of it's founder, Paolo Pitti.
